Let's say, in ten years from now, do you think that does shoes will even fit the person's feet? Or will that expensive Louis Vuitton purse appear perfect and untouched? The simple
answer is no. In the long run, the only thing that will really stay with you is the wisdom you gathered in your mind. So focus on what's up there in your head, instead of what you see on other people.

Except why you cannot change. I personally had (still have) to face the truth that I cannot change the way I look, the sudden problem in life and the beings I am forced to live with. The only way to overcome all these troubles is to accept them, except who you are! Everything about their appearance, their personality is what makes everyone unique. What about the obstacles in your everyday life? Well, the way you conquer and strive through all the difficulties is what forms for character and builds your strength. So in conclusion, all I can advise you to do is to enjoy whatever makes you, you and fight the challenges in this world knowing, that it compels you to learn from your mistakes.

Let go of grudges. Just like mentioned in the article, holding grudges is basically letting someone live in your head rent-free! To be honest, the only enemy you're fighting is yourself. . So guess the person you're really causing damage to. If the grudges continue to build inside you, you will only allow negative feelings to take over and control your life. Grudges will transform you into this gloomy, dark person that spreads sadness this and depression wherever it goes. Finally, the only tip I can provide to y'all is to talk to the person you held a grudge on in the first place! But if that doesn't turn out as planned, then the remaining option is to just let it go like Elsa said in frozen!
